Working Princple

Manufacturing Technology of Vinyl Sheet Piles

The Vinyl sheet piles are made from tough polyvinyl chloride, modified with refining agents (e.g. toughness modifiers, UV and thermal stabilizers and mineral filling components). 

The sheet piles are manufactured using the extrusion molding method as monolithic profiles or the co-extrusion molding method, with the core made from the material obtained from PVC construction recycling, covered with a layer of the primary plastic material.


How Installation

The installation of vinyl sheet piles largely depends on the specific construction situation. In some cases, especially when installing shorter lengths of plastic piles, a mallet and pile cap can be used to manually insert into the ground. When installing longer lengths or when ground conditions are difficult, a piling hammer should be used. Use a standard pneumatic hammer or light vibrator directly.

For installation in harsh conditions and at a depth of 4M to 8M, it is recommended to use steel sheet piles with the same shape as the vinyl sheet piles, which can penetrate hard soil faster through support and speed up the installation.
