How to use sludge dewatering machine

(1) Put the material to be dehydrated into the drum evenly and evenly, paying attention to balance, uniformity and overloading.

(2) After starting the motor for about 90 seconds, the machine reaches normal operation, and the water outlet pipe starts to discharge a lot of water.

(3) The sludge dewatering machine runs for about 6-8 minutes, and there is basically no water outflow from the outlet pipe, so the power can be cut off. After 1-2 minutes, slowly brake the opening and closing arm brakes several times, and the machine stops.

What matters needing attention of sludge dewatering machine

(1) Rotate the drum a few times before starting to check the operation of the drum.

(2) During normal operation, do not brake the opening and closing arm, so as to avoid damage to the blue belt and other parts.

(3) The feeding should be evenly distributed to avoid excessive vibration of the machine due to excessive weight.

(4) Once an abnormal phenomenon is found during operation, the power supply should be cut off immediately, and the brake should be stopped for inspection.

(5) Nothing can be placed on the top cover of the sludge dewatering machine to avoid accidents after driving.

(6) The machine must be inspected regularly, filled with lubricating oil, and inspected at least once every six months.

(7) The operator must be familiar with the structure, performance and operation method of the machine.
